September of 2023 was different than previous Septembers in Naharkatia. The blazing hot sun still showed up to work everyday. Summer wasn’t over.

Deepak, Musharaf, and Pingal were en route to Dibrugarh, a city in Assam, around 60 kilometres from their hometowns Naharkatia and Namrup, all part of Upper Assam. As they chatted about businesses, startups, and Deepak’s daily profits from Options and how it’s finally time for him to stop trading on paper and start with real money, they decided to go over one of their age-old ideas - investment.
